Project Agreements:

Before commencing any project, we will provide a detailed proposal or statement of work outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. A binding contract is formed when you accept this proposal in writing.

Pricing and Payment:

All prices quoted are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Our quotes include all mandatory fees. We do not use hidden charges or drip pricing. Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements, typically requiring a deposit before work begins.

Changes to project scope must be agreed in writing. Additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately.

• Specific business outcomes from using our deliverables
• Compatibility with all third-party systems or future updates

We provide a defect warranty period (typically 30 days) during which we will fix bugs in delivered work at no additional cost. This is specified in individual project agreements.
