Who is behind Quantum Craft
Quantum Craft is a digital agency for software and AI rather than marketing, so everyone you meet on a project builds software. Much of the team's working life has gone on inheriting code other people wrote, and our working rule comes from that: write code as though you will be the one paying to maintain it.

What we do
AI product development
We build new products and MVPs, SaaS platforms, mobile apps and AI features inside products you already run. A focused MVP typically takes 6 to 12 weeks, and larger platforms longer: BlueWave and Karu each had a core build of about 14 weeks. App, SaaS and MVP development has the price bands.
AI consultancy
We advise on where AI will pay in your business and where it will not, as the engineers who would build it. That covers taking a pilot into production, governance under the EU AI Act and UK GDPR, an AI use policy and technical due diligence for startups and their investors. The usual first step is an AI readiness assessment, from £4,950 excluding VAT.
Vibe code rescue
If an app built with an AI tool now handles money, health data or customer records, start with an AI-built app audit. It takes about a week, costs a fixed £3,500 excluding VAT, and tells you what the app needs before it can carry real customers and what that will cost. Platforms we still work on
Most platforms we build stay with us after launch, on a retainer or as ongoing product work. That is how we find out which of our decisions hold up.
- BlueWave is live: field-service and compliance software for UK water-hygiene contractors, with more than 1,000 automated tests behind it.
- NForge is live: business software for independent fitness coaches, with an AI programme generator that runs around thirty validation gates before a coach sees a plan.
- Karu is in early access: a practice platform for UK therapists, hosted in Google Cloud's London region, where clinical notes never enter the search index.
How we use AI
AI does much of our coding: it drafts code and tests against a specification you have agreed. AI works on your code only through business accounts whose terms bar training on it. It never holds production credentials, and client personal data stays out of it. Nothing ships until a senior engineer has reviewed the change and the automated tests pass. How we work sets out all seven commitments.
What we will not do
- If a rule or a spreadsheet would handle a job better than AI, we turn the project down, and you hear that on the first call.
- We do not give AI production credentials, however convenient that would be.
- We do not give legal advice. When a question needs a solicitor, we tell you, and we are happy to work alongside one.
- We do not name a client, or show their figures or screens, without their agreement. One of our five case studies is under NDA and stays anonymous.
- We will not put a multiplier on how much faster AI makes us. The case studies give phases, test counts and price bands from real builds instead.

Where are you based, and do you work outside London?
London. And yes: we work with clients across the UK and Europe, remotely or on site for London teams. When a product's data needs to stay in the UK, we host it here: BlueWave and Karu both run in Google Cloud's London region.

Yes. An engineer is on the first call, and before you sign anything you can meet the people who would build your product.
